Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to project sites overseas three to four times per year to appraise and inspect projects.
  • Manage the partner application and proposal submission process.
  • Ensure compliance of partners with ICC standards.
  • Write project updates.
  • Compile quarterly reporting from partners.
  • Keep detailed, updated information about partners and projects in Access database.
  • Regularly update country information (stats, persecution, etc.) in country books and on website.
  • Other projects as assigned by the President.

Experience and Skills: 

  • Three years' experience in international affairs.
  • Three years' experience in ministry.

DUI Level II Instructor—Please Email or Fax Resume

Looking for a resourceful, professional team player with a flexible temperament allowing ease in dealing with varying ideas and personalities. Must be a self starter, able to initiate and direct own duties within the framework of the department. Must be tactful and possess very good interpersonal skills.

Position requires providing classroom instruction for Level 1 (12 hours) or Level 2 (21 hours) DUI offenders using DHSMV approved standard curriculum. Must also use alcohol sensor device to breath test students. Training is provided by observing a 12 and 21 hour course followed by co-teaching both classes with a certified instructor. Must also complete DHSMV certification training.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: A bachelor's degree in human services, nursing or a doctorate in medicine from an accredited college. Completion of the state certification training in the Florida DUI Program will be necessary.

Possess a minimum of 4,000 hours of experience by direct service delivery in human services, criminal justice, education, traffic safety or medical care. May substitute a master's degree in the above for 2,000 hours of experience. A Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) or Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJAP) may be substituted for a degree that is not in those listed above, however, a bachelor's degree is still required. Documentation of 10,000 hours of direct contact in the above fields may substitute for the bachelor degree requirement.

Must possess 250 hours of group experience, either clinical or therapeutic. If didactic, such experience shall be in a substance abuse or mental health setting. Documentation of group experience will include applicants role (leader or co-leader) specific number of hours, open or closed groups and group skills utilized.

Position Purpose:
This is specialized work in accounting, purchasing, and inventory services for Juvenile Welfare Board (JWB) and its Administrative Services Operation (ASO). This position manages and coordinates various accounting and fiscal functions. This position exercises a considerable amount of independent professional judgment with respect to resolving accounting and fiscal issues. The work involves access to the JWB accounting software or specialized database and requires communication with JWB staff and agency personnel where concerns require contact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verification and coordination of follow-up for financial compliance regarding vendor purchases, staff travel and staff purchasing cards;
• Responsible for the fixed assets coordination and reconciliation;
• Utilizes accounting software or database to track and verify child care payments. This includes various ad hoc financial and program reports, including graphs & other visual aids, as required;
